• A PhD or MD/PhD, in molecular and/or cell biology or biochemistry. • In-depth knowledge of the various scientific and technical disciplines (and their integration) related to cancer research. • Fifteen (15) or more years of scientific research experience in a leading research institution (universities, institutes, or cancer research centers) or a large pharmaceutical/biotech companies. • A track record of scientific accomplishments with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams in achieving meaningful and impactful scientific discoveries.Desired skills
• Management and operation of an interdisciplinary research laboratory. • Experience with core laboratory management. • Technology transfer or entrepreneurial experience. • Experience with government customers and cancer research community.
