The position will support the Space Launch Systems team within the Supplier Management Business BDS-Development program organization. The selected candidate will develops solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policies.

The selected candidate will define, design, plan and deploy internal/external projects. Develop processes and tools to measure key performance indicators. Extract, analyze and prepare reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan. Develop, document and implement processes and systems in support of company goals. Supports the development and implementation of strategies. Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows. Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis. Assess and report compliance to internal/external stakeholders. Perform root cause analysis. Identify opportunities for potential incorporation into the business plan. Develop risk mitigation plan to resolves issues related to programs, projects and processes

Level 1 – Bachelor’s degree.

Level 2 – Bachelor’s degree and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
