Key Role:

Provide analysis and recommendations on project expenditure plans for munitions science and technology projects and monitor prioritization of the projects risk, schedule, and cost. Gather and interpret project data and develop recommendations and reports for management. Manage program and project implementation and make significant contributions to department goals and planning efforts. Assist with projects and presentations, create literature, including recommendation letters and professional bios, and edit tech reports and papers. Create and submit required obligation plans and Work Breakdown Schedules (WBS) for funding received and draft spend plans for the fiscal year, projecting labor, travel, materials, training, and award costs.

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including producing complex and embedded graphs and creating interoperability between program products in order to produce briefing materials, presentations, and point papers, as tasked by the platform requirements officer
-Experience with working on a military staff, including Army and budgetary and programming
-Knowledge of Army Munitions programs missions and challenges
-Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
-Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate information
-Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other employees
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-BA or BS degree in a related field
